Buildify – Return & Refund Policy

At Buildify, we want every digital product you purchase to feel genuinely useful and worth it. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help — simply, fairly, and with care.


✅ Eligibility for a Refund

Because Buildify products are digital downloads / digital access items, refunds are only considered in specific cases.

You may request a refund if:

  • You contact us within 7 days of purchase, and

  • One of the following applies:

    • You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate order)

    • You did not receive access due to a technical delivery issue on our side

    • The file is corrupted / broken and we are unable to provide a working replacement

    • The product is materially different from what was described on the product page


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept refunds for:

  • ❌ Digital products that have been successfully downloaded, accessed, or delivered

  • ❌ Change of mind after purchase

  • ❌ Lack of results (digital products require user implementation)

  • ❌ Compatibility issues on your device/software if requirements were clearly stated

  • ❌ Products marked final sale or non-refundable at checkout

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Screenshots (if relevant), such as error messages or access problems

3) Refund Issuance

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
    ⏳ Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect (depending on your payment provider).

  • Refund requests must be submitted within the allowed timeframe (usually 7 days)

  • We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of excessive or suspicious refund activity

  • Any unauthorized sharing, reselling, or distribution of Buildify products may result in account restriction and refund denial
